I'm really wondering why I'm sharing this because this café is my absolute Dublin gem for many years now and although it is extremely popular with Dublin natives now it's still a pretty well kept secret!
Firm favourite dishes here are the cheesy eggs and falafel and my favourite time to visit is a Saturday morning brunch - but be prepared to queue or at least to share a table with fellow customers as like their staff the interiors is mish mash, quirky and all about cosy corners and communal seating.
I also love their huge fresh fruit and veg display and chefs will regularly be seen leaving the open kitchen space to grab what they need.
Please, allow yourself to just drool over this lusciousness for a moment.
I've never had a bad dish from The Fumbally. It's consistently good and they have daily specials, fresh bakes, strong coffee and cool homemade drinks too. I was got black sesame seed milk from there that was one of the best things I ever tasted.
You won't find them on social media but you can find them here and at Fumbally lane, Dublin 8 (a short walk from Christchurch Cathedral or St. Stephen's Green).
